Travelling Device Of Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer
The stacker reclaimer is one of the common mining equipment . It is developed from the bucket wheel excavator. And the travelling device of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer consists of driving carriage, driven bogie, equalizing beam, anchor, rail clamping device and other components. The limit switch is set with the travelling device. And the touch device is set in the two sides of the rail. When the limit switch touches the touch device, the power would be cut off. In order to avoid the situation that the boom of stacker reclaimer touches the materials pile, the travelling device could operates with high speed when the boom is paralleled with the rail. And this limit device is set on the slewing device. The position detector also be set in the travelling device, which could detect the location of the equipment.
