The leaking coal of belt conveyor is very common, which increases the working sum and water quantity of washing. There are many reasons about leaking coal. There is leaking coal in forwarding station. If the belt conveyor design for guide chute has problem of small flow capacity, the coal would leak from the guide chute. For the above problem, we could increase the height of guide chute and install arched cover plate to control the load capacity of coals. The leaking coal would appear when the coals are in the hollow belt section. The belt has left the  trough roller unit, the coal would leak because of small groove angle.
