Application Notice Of Belt Conveyor

The leaking coal of belt conveyor is very common, which increases the working sum and water quantity of washing. There are many reasons about leaking coal.
There is leaking coal in forwarding station. If the belt conveyor design for guide chute has problem of small flow capacity, the coal would leak from the guide chute. For the above problem, we could increase the height of guide chute and install arched cover plate to control the load capacity of coals.
The leaking coal would appear when the coals are in the hollow belt section. The belt has left the  trough roller unit, the coal would leak because of small groove angle. In order to solve this problem, we should be better to adopt the hollow belt with large radius of curvature to avoid the leaking. Besides, we could install pinch roller at the large radius of curvature point to avoid the hollow belt.
The deviation of belt would result in the leaking coals. If the deviation of belt occurs, the two sides of belt would have two heights, which makes the coals leak. This problem could be solved through adjusting the deviation of belt.
Belt Conveyor is a general mechanical conveying equipment, which is common in the power generation industry. To ensure that the belt conveyor runs in good condition, maintenance personnel should have a good maintenance process and quality standards, while the daily maintenance and maintenance of coal handling equipment is also very important. We should gradually accumulate the experience of the use and maintenance about belt conveyors in our daily work.
At present, the belt conveyor and other equipment including screw conveyor, pipe conveyor have been applied in automated warehouse. The daily checking on equipment is very important for maintenance persons.
