Analysis on processing of desulfurization waste water

Most coal power plant deals with desulfurization waste water with depositing method. However, this would greatly influence the quality of water, resulting in the death of living beings. The new processing of desulfurization waste water would solve the above problem. Then the coal power plant could realize the purpose of protecting the water source, making a difference on protecting the environment. At present, the coal power plant has strict environmental requirement on belt conveyor and apron feeder. The basic processing of coal power plant is as follows:
1.Neutralizing the waste water
The desulfurization waste water enters into the blending pond, in which the lime is added to adjust the PH of water. When adjusting the quality of waste water, the F- is removed, creating the suitable conditions to the later processing.
2. Removing the heavy metal ion
The join of alkaline reagent increase the PH of waste water, and Fe3+、Zn2+、Cu2+、Ni2+、Cr3+ and other heavy metal ions form hydroxide precipitate.
3. Flocculation reaction
Some flocculation is added into the waste water, and then some large particle would form and deposit at the bottom.
4. Clearing separation
Then the waste water enters into the clearing machine. The flocculate deposit in the bottom and form the sludge, and the top water is the clean water.
