High-temperature Processing Method of Rotary Kiln's Bearing Bush

The riding wheel bush of rotary kiln has common temperature rise. The reasons of temperature rise are various. If the temperature rise could not be solved in time, the serious consequence will occur. Our company has involved in manufacturing rotary kiln for many years, successfully solving the temperature rise problem of supporting roller bush.
The common reasons and treatment measure:
The lubricating oil results in temperature rise of supporting roller bush. If the lubricating oil is used for a long time, viscosity of lubricating oil is reduced, which would result in the temperature rise of supporting roller bush. We should change the lubricating oil in regular time and strengthen the maintenance of supporting roller bush.
The oil leak and the falling of lubricating device would result in temperature rise of supporting roller bush. If the seal of roller axle is bad, the oil leak will be serious, which would result in this problem. The treatment measure is changing seal ring.
If the circulating water is not expedite or less, the temperature rise will occur. If the circulating pipe is broken, the leaky water would destroy the viscosity of lubricating oil, which would result in the temperature rise of supporting roller bush. The treatment measure is changing the damaged pipe.
Most EPC companies would do regular checking on the common equipment such as apron feeder, rotary kiln, crushing machine, belt conveyor, stacker reclaimer and so on. In this way, the service life of equipment could be prolonged, which also avoid the accidents.
