reclaimer reclaims the materials, the equipment should keep a distance
with the track, guarantee the security of the equipment. If the distance is
large, there are more materials left in the ground floor, reducing the capacity
of material pile and the productivity. This also increases the resistance of
sweeping track and the risk. If the distance is small, the boom will swing up
and down, which will result in the accident of bucket-wheel digging the track.
The inclination angle of rake is
insufficient. The rake is installed on the front top of boom, which could help
to scrape the materials on the top of piles. In this way, the emptying under
the pile could be avoided, which could guarantee the average reclaiming.
The speed of conveyor belt is low. When the
capacity of material pile becomes large, the reclaiming rate is large. However,
the scarce capacity of two belts makes material overload and material escape,
which reduces running rate of reclaimer and influences the productivity.
