The Installation and Debugging of Apron Feeder

The apron feeder is the auxiliary equipment of transportation machinery. The apron feeder is widely used in cement, building materials and other fields. The apron feeder could coordinate with stacker reclaimer, belt conveyor to handle materials in short time.
Installation:
The apron feeder could be installed partially and integrally. For the partial installation, the connecting section is installed in hatch opening, and then the feed channel is installed. The transmission chassis and other parts are installed finally. For the integral installation, the connecting section is installed in coal bunker and then other parts are assembled. The integral hoisting and connecting piece are connected by bolts.
Debugging:
The feeding gate is closed with adding lubricating grease in turning part. The oil is injected into the gearbox with 90% of the box. If everything is complete and no other sundries are in the equipment, the professional operator starts the motor in safe conditions. After operating with non-load for 30 minutes and all the parts in good conditions, the equipment could be put into normal use. The feeding amount is determined by the operating speed of apron feeder.
In the normal operation, the regular check and maintenance should be carried out about the wearing conditions of parts. For the most EPC companies, the regular maintenance of apron feeder, belt conveyor, pipe conveyor, stacker reclaimer and other equipment should be essential.
