The Monster of Engineering Machinery - Bucket Wheel Excavator

The bucket wheel excavator uses the several buckets to carry on the continuous excavating. The bucket wheel excavator could be used in the excavating of earthwork, the stripping and digging of mines, handling operation of stock ground, with features of high productivity and large digging force. For the operations of mines, water conservancy project, and mine field, the bucket wheel excavator coordinates with crushing machine, apron feeder, and belt conveyor to complete one production line. There are small size, medium size, large size, super-huge size, and giant size of bucket wheel excavator.
The bucket wheel excavator consists of working device, rotary table, travelling device and etc. The working device include bucket wheel, swing arm, suspension gear, belt conveyor, and discharge mechanism. The bucket wheel has two types including wheel type and ball type. The rotary table is equipped with drive device, transmission operation device, slewer, jib lubbing mechanism, swing arm, and other accessory equipment.
The bucket wheel excavator does excavating operation through the rotating of bucket wheel and uniform revolving of swing arm. When operating the bucket wheel excavator, the excavator doesn't travel with inclination of swing arm adjusted by jib lubbing mechanism suitable for layer digging.
