The Necessary Product In The Field Of Hazardous Waste Incineration - Rotary Kiln

The kiln of rotary kiln adopts refractory brick and water-cooling cylinder roller. It could make the garbage uniformly mixed through overall rotation of the whole kiln. In order to make the garbage reach the condition of perfect combustion. The secondary combustion chamber will be set. There are three incineration methods including lime-ash incineration, slag incineration, and pyroly decomposition incineration.
Lime-ash incineration:
The temperature control should be between 800-900℃. The hazardous wastes would be destroyed by melting or burning. Because of the low temperature of furnace box temperature, the corrodibility and oxidability of hazardous wastes to fireproofing of rotary kiln.
Slag incineration:
The slag incineration deals with single and wastes with stronger toxicities. The temperature would be over 1500℃, whose purpose is increasing the effects of destroy by melting or burning. Sometimes, temperature control is difficult, which needs high level of operation.
Pyroly decomposition incineration:
This method's temperature should be controlled between 700-800℃. The low temperature, small thermosteresis, and low smoke volume makes the cost reach the lowest among three methods. However, the disadvantage is much residual quantity of lime-ash.
