The Necessary Product In The Field Of Hazardous Waste Incineration - Rotary Kiln
The kiln of rotary kiln adopts refractory brick and water-cooling cylinder roller. It could make the garbage uniformly mixed through overall rotation of the whole kiln. There are three incineration methods including lime-ash incineration, slag incineration, and pyroly decomposition incineration.
Lime-ash incineration:

Pyroly decomposition incineration:
This method's temperature should be controlled between 700-800℃. The low temperature, small thermosteresis, and low smoke volume makes the cost reach the lowest among three methods. However, the disadvantage is much residual quantity of lime-ash.
