maintenance personnel: They should do weekly check and timely maintenance, making the rail clamp and anchor flexible and feasible. They should guarantee the complete interlock with electric system.

The operator should pay attention to the operating conditions of swing brake and seriously fill in the spot check table. If the sudden wind comes, the operator should contact the persons in the center control organization in time. After being allowed by related people, the operator could stop the equipment.
