The belt conveyor design you have to know

As one of the EPC companies, has the strict requirements in designing. Because the most mining equipment belongs to the non-standard products, this is a big challenge  to the designers. The designers should design related products according to many factors. Our company has an advanced belt conveyor. Especially for the screw conveyor, the designing level of JULI is higher than other companies.
The belt conveyor, as one of mining equipment, is the non-standard product. The belt conveyor could be designed according to the operating environment and conveying lines. The key points of belt conveyor design are as follows:
1 The working environment and operating conditions
The designer should consider the operating duration, working frequency, the service life of belt conveyor, and methods of loading and unloading. For the working environment, the designer should consider the environment temperature, the environmental requirements, and the flexibility.
2 The conveying lines and related parameters of belt conveyor
The designer should consider the size of conveying lines including inclination, the largest length, hoisting height, the size of straightway, the size of curved section, and the connection dimension.
About the conveyor belt, the designer should consider the requirements of the largest sag, simulate friction drag coefficient, friction coefficient, security coefficient.

3 The property of materials and conveying volume
The designer should consider the specific property of materials including density, angle of repose, particle size of material, the conditions of biggest blocks, the humility of materials, the wear ability of materials, caking property and friction coefficient. About the conveying volume, the designer should consider the conveying volume when the materials are conveyed evenly. When the materials are conveyed unevenly, the designer should give the basic statistic data about the conveying volume.
