The Installation Precautions Of Cantilever Stacker

The stacker reclaimer is a continuous bulk materials handling equipment, which is widely used in port, metallurgy, cement, steelworks, coking plant, coal factory, power station and etc. Sometimes, the stacker reclaimer coordinates the belt conveyor, apron feeder to complete the materials handling process. 
The center pillar is regarded as the center of cantilever stacker. One end is steel structure belt conveyor and the other end is balance weight. The stacker is connected with rotation device, realizing the rotation through the engaging between small pinion of rotary actuator and gear ring of large bearings. The materials entering into the round yard would be unloaded to the stock ground through the head of cantilever belt conveyor. The materials probe is set in the two sides of discharge opening. If the top surface of material pile touches the probe, it shows that the material pile has reached the designed height. The pitching of hydrocylinder is adopted by stacker, whose advantage is that the cantilever could pitch according to the height of material pile. The materials fall could be reduced, avoiding the flying of dust. The cantilever belt conveyor is installed in the front and back cantilever, which rotates along with cantilever. The middle hopper mainly consists of upper hopper, nether hopper, upper feed channel, nether feed channel and etc. The upper hopper and nether hopper are installed in the upper rotation. while the upper feed channel and nether feed channel are installed on the cantilever. During the pitching, the feed channel is in sealing condition, which reduces the pollution to the environment.
