Lubrication Knowledge Analysis Of Jaw Crusher

The jaw crusher is the common stone crusher. As we all know, the working environment, materials characteristic and other performance have influence. Therefore, the jaw crusher's maintenance work should be according to the operating process, which could prolong the service life of jaw crusher. How to choose the suitable lubricating grease is one of the important operational capacities for the operating personnel. The matters needing attention are as follows:
Selection of lubricating grease:
The jaw crusher's working environment is different, which needs different lubricating grease. In summer, outdoor temperature is high. So the No. 70 lubricating oil could be chosen. In winter, the No. 40 lubricating oil is suitable. 
Lubricating Mode
The bearing and eccentric shaft of large and medium jaw crusher adopts force-circulation lubricating. If the oil pump breaks down, the jaw crusher needs swinging power for 15-20min and then stops. The hand pump needs be used to give oil, which could make the bearing stay lubricating.
Period Of Lubricating 
If the lubricating location is different, the requirement of lubricating is different also. Some location of stone crusher need intermittent lubricating grease, while other locations need be lubricated once in 30-40min. 
Temperature Of Lubricating
We should pay attention to the temperature of lubricating oil. If the temperature is high, we need to reduce the temperature through adjusting the oil flow or water cooling. In this way, the stone crusher could work normally with pipe conveyor and stacker reclaimer.
