Something You Need To Know About The Boom Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer

The boom bucket wheel stacker reclaimer has two operation modes including stacking and reclaiming materials. The stacking materials mode is that the materials conveyed by belt conveyor are discharged by the tail car to the belt conveyor on the boom. Then the materials are discharged to the stock ground. Through the operation of the whole engine, the rotation and pitching of cantilever crane, the materials pile could form trapezoidal cross-section. The reclaiming process is realized by the rotation of cantilever crane and bucket wheel. The materials is discharged through the stripper plate to the belt conveyor on the boom, and then discharged through the funnel to the belt conveyor on the stock ground. The constituents of boom bucket wheel stacker reclaimer include bucket wheel mechanism, swing mechanism, boom belt conveyor, tripper car, pitching and running gear.
bucket wheel mechanism: it is the operating mechanism of reclaiming materials including bucket wheel and related actuating device.
swing mechanism: it consists of slewing bearing and actuating device.
boom belt conveyor: it is used to convey materials with the belt moving in two ways.
tripper car: the tripper car is the mechanism connecting belt conveyor and boom bucket wheel stacker reclaimer.
pitching and running gear: it is similar to the mechanism of gantry crane.
In generally, the stacker reclaimer always coordinate with the belt conveyor, apron feeder, screw conveyor. So it is important to guarantee the quality of the conveyor components and belt conveyor design.
