The mining equipments have many applications. And the structures of these machines are also complicated.
Pipe conveyor is a new conveyor transporting bulk materials in the state of sealing, which realizes environmental protection conveying. Pipe conveyor is suitable for complex topography, and could convey materials deviously in the three-dimensional space. Pipe conveyor could simultaneously and bilaterally convey different materials in upstream and downstream channels. The large conveying angle reduces the length of the equipment, land area and costs. For those advantages, the pipe conveyor has a bright market prospect.
For the belt conveyor design, tractive effort the belt conveyor design needs is transferred through rubbing action between driving pulley of driving device and conveyor belt. So the friction drive forms. To ensure the transmitting of acting force and traction components' no slipping on the driving wheel, the following conditions must be met.
(1) The traction components should have enough tension.
(2) There should be certain roughness on the contact surface of traction belt and driving pulley.
(3) Traction belt should have an enough surrounding angle on the driving wheel.
The belt conveyor usually cooperates with reclaimer or stacker,screw conveyor. Then how the bucket wheel reclaimer is made up? Bucket wheel reclaimer mainly consists of bucket wheel gear, hanging stick and top metal structure, boom belt conveyor, lift and tilt mechanism, slewing mechanism, revolving platform, running mechanism, door seat frame, handler's cab, control room, trailer and other devices.
