The Sweeper Features of Belt Conveyor:
Excellent scraping effect is one of the many good features. The scraper adopts TPU composite. The scraper blade has many advantages such as smooth surface, accurate straightness, low friction, high abrasion proof and high intensity, which makes it have stable scraping effect. It could effectively eliminate residual fines and sticky materials on the belt. Preloading voltage regulator ensures the stable contact pressure between scraper and belt. The surface of scraper is made up of several narrow PU scraper blades and has buffer holes, which has good follow performance for various belts.
Transport capacity is an important indicator of measuring the capability of screw conveyor. The transport capacity could be calculated through the following formulas:

ψ——activity coefficient
The friction and adhesiveness of materials, screw pitch, and center line inclination of screw conveyor influences the activity coefficient.
1. For the materials that are flowing and not wearing( such as flour, grain), ψ=0.45；
2. For the materials that are with graininess or small pieces and partly wearing(such as salt, sand), ψ=0.33；
3. For the loose and dense materials that are easily wearing and corrosive(such as slag, gravel, ore), ψ=0.15.
The maintenance and reconditioning of stacker reclaimer make the equipment operate without faults and have a long service life, which largely depends on regular check, better use and continuous maintenance.
To enable equipment to work normally, operating personnel patrol system and strict shifting system should be completed in the working site. The operators and maintenance personnel should often inspect on site and could discover failures in time and solve them quickly. The equipment has various alarming and protective devices. When there are failures in some parts, the sound-light alarm signal would be sent out on site and in the central control room through electronic control system. This method could remind operating persons of identifying causes, timely maintaining and clearing trouble.
