The Two Most Useful Equipment In Mining Industry

In the mining industry, there are so many machines, such as stacker reclaimer.
About the stacker reclaimer, the stacking and reclaiming could be realized through central control room and on-machine control room under the automatic control of stacker reclaimer. When needing central control room to control the automatic operation, operating personnel press the button of automatic operation and then start button. The electric equipment of stacker reclaimer would start according to the predetermined procedure. The overall unit operation enters into normal automatic operation. On the platform of central control room, users could start or stop the complete machine system of stacker reclaimer just through pressing button. The set of equipment adopts three operating modes: automatic control, manual control, on-site control(maintenance). Each control mode is realized through change-over switch.

Compared with the common belt conveyor, pipe conveyor has the following advantages.
(1) The pipe conveyor adopts the sealing conveying, which could leave out the cost of building gallery of common belt conveyor. At the same time, it could prevent materials from rainwater and wind blow. And the harm to environment could be avoided.
(2) The pipe line could bend in horizontal plane or vertical plane, the max angle of bending reaching 90 degrees in horizontal plane. The minimum bend radius is 300 times as long as pipe diameter.
(3) It could be designed to large inclination conveyor, the max inclination reaching 30°.
(4) The pipe conveyor could leave out related mechanism of transfer point applied in common belt conveyor, reducing the investment of equipment.
(5) Return stroke could be designed to convey materials.
(6) It is particularly suitable for long distance, steep and rough terrain, swerving terrain. The economical efficiency and practicability are its obvious features. It is widely used in the power plant, port, mining and other complicated topography areas.
(7) It is particularly suitable for conveying the materials that pollute the environment, such as coal, cement, coal ash and etc.
