Besides, the magnetic separator could be used in the deironing of coal, non-metal ores, building materials. And the magnetic separator could be used in the coal power plant to filter the condensate water.
There are many factors influencing the efficiency of the magnetic separator. The two main factors are as follows:
The feed size is one of the important factors. If the feed size is small, individual separation of ores will be high, reaching the good separating index. Otherwise, the individual separation of ores will be low, making the concentrate grade worse. So it is important that the ores handled by magnetic separator could reach the degree of individual separation.
The pulp density is the other main factor influencing the efficiency of the magnetic separator. If the pulp density is large, the concentrate quality will be greatly influenced. If the pulp density is small, the flow speed will be high, which will result in the reduction of selecting. In this way, the loss will be caused. So the pulp density should be adjusted according to related requirements.
