The Brief Introduction for Bucket-Wheel Device of Stacker Reclaimer

As we all know, the stacker reclaimer, as one of the mining equipment, has many components. Among most components, the bucket wheel is one important component. The basic introduction is as follows:
Bucket-wheel device is mainly consists buckle-wheel body, reclaiming hopper, frame, supporting roller, side catch wheel, driving sprocket, redirection sprocket, tensioner sprocket, adjustable arc stock guide, bucket-wheel driving device and other parts. The dual bucket-wheel device is installed on the main beam, the two bucket-wheel device are connected together by the bucket-wheel connecting beam. In running, the bucket-wheel body and the reclaiming hopper on it will rotate back on the main beam rolling with the wheel body center, and the trolley of the bucket-wheel device will drive the bucket-wheel body and the driving device etc. to reciprocating motion to excavate the materials on the main beam. The excavated materials by the reclaiming hopper will rotate back to the upper part along with the wheel body, and the materials will be unloaded to the feeding belt machine from the reclaiming hopper through material falling hopper, and the arc striker plate is used to guide and avoid spilling of the materials, and avoid the materials falling into the material falling hoppers. The large chain wheel and revolution guide rail inset on the bucket-wheel is separate in structure, which will be easy to replace.
The stacker reclaimer always coordinate with other mining equipment such as belt conveyor, screw conveyor, apron feeder and etc.
