The sweeper, as one of the conveyor components, has played an important role in conveying materials of belt conveyor. According to the actual processing conditions, if the attachment adheres to the conveyor belt. There would be two negative factors.
If the attachment adheres to the belt, the belt conveyor would convey another materials with attachment, which would result in the bad quality of the another materials. This is not allowed for the strict quality requirements.

This is the result of no sweeper in the belt conveyor.
If the sweeper could be installed properly in the belt conveyor, which could prolong the service life of roller and belt. From the above introduction, the importance of the sweeper in the belt conveyor could not be neglected. In the course of operating the belt conveyor, the safety problem is serious if users want to clean the materials on the belt with related person. In order to ensure the normal operation of the belt conveyor, the attachment of the belt conveyor must be cleaned. So it is so important to install the belt sweeper in the key point of the belt conveyor.
This is importance of conveyor components, and it is suitable for the other equipment, such as screw conveyor, stacker reclaimer and etc. If the conveyor components could play the proper role, the operating of the whole equipment could be good.
