The quantity of spare parts listed in contract are different from the actual demands. What's worse, some general contractors signed the contract with the owners without confirming the quantity and models. They think the spare parts supplied could meet the demands of the owner, while the customer could not be satisfied with the quantity of spare parts supplied by contractor. So the negotiation between them starts. The general contractor could solve this problem through the contract showing that the spare parts could be supplied for free during the guarantee period not listing the specified spare parts and related quantity.
