functions, which could meet various demands. The basic function of above equipment is stacking or reclaiming materials. The stacker reclaimer has both functions. The stacker has stacking function, while reclaimer has reclaiming function. The blending stacker reclaimer also has the blending function, which could meet the requirements of blending materials. During the actual operation, the stacker reclaimer is located in the beginning end or finishing end of the materials handling system. The most common technological process is as follows:
1. Unloading of tippler-Belt conveyor system-Stacking materials in stock ground-Reclaiming materials of reclaimer-Belt conveyor system- Lading of ship loader
2. Unloading of tippler-Belt conveyor system- Stacking materials in stock ground-Reclaiming materials of reclaimer-Belt conveyor system- Blending bunker in power plant
3. Unloading of tippler-Belt conveyor system- Stacking materials in stock ground-Reclaiming materials of reclaimer-Belt conveyor system-Truck loading of train system
When selecting the equipment, we should choose the most suitable equipment according to the delivery capacity. For example, if we select unit tippler, the stacking capacity is 1000-1250t/h. If we select double tippler, the stacking capacity is 2000t/h. If we choose two ship loaders, the capacity for one is 850 t/h. For this, we should choose the stacker with capacity of 2000 t/h.
Besides, we should pay attention to the maintenance for most equipment in materials handling system such as apron feeder, belt conveyor, stacker reclaimer, and related conveyor components.
